Emma spent the whole weekend at home playing 'Victoria Ward'!
Luckily she had a very able Nurse Meggie to help as she was a very busy renal doctor with 4 babies needing to go on to dialysis!
Doctor Holly also popped round to help with the ward rounds!
So nice to be home- saw Grandpa, Nanny, Grandad, Coz, Jim, David and Georgiana.
Was also lovely to catch up with Tracey, Rachel and Lucy, Erika and Holly. Thank you all for coming round. Made me and Emma very happy!
Another smooth journey back. Bit of snow but nothing to particularly slow down the driver!! Back to routine of clinic tomorrow. Blood tests, weight, height, blood pressure and then appointment with the doctor. Will see what the week brings....
Love how the weekend was spent playing hospitals! I could have done with the able doctors and nurses of Oakley earlier as I slipped over in the snow - first (and hopefully last time this Winter!)
ReplyDeleteWill let you know if I need bandaging....

ReplyDeleteFab. Isn't it funny how children play the thing you think they want to get away from whether it's hospital or schools! Glad you had a good weekend!

I think Emma, Meggie and Rachel will make much better medics than Hol who had a very strange drainage line on her patient..She was made up to see Emma today, and it was fab to sit with a cup of coffee nattering away watching them all at play..
ReplyDeleteHope this week passes really quick for you both, we will do our utmost to keep you entertained!
Come back and play soon tho xxxx
