What a wonderful sight for us - seeing Emma dancing to the videos on MTV. She must be feeling so much better!
Walked to covent garden with Nanny and grandad this afternoon. Emma complained the cobbles were a bit bumpy in the wheelchair but she was still happy to be out and about.
Daddy took her across to hospital this morning as I am not feeling 100%. My stomach has become quite tender so will ring the ward at Guys if it doesn't improve. Am also very tired but know I am not sleeping enough as its hard to get comfy. Still its all so worth it to see Emma dancing round the flat- she is so amazing!!

Well done Emma - am smiling at the thought of the wheelchair on the cobbles brings back the pushchair memories!
ReplyDeleteKaty - look after yourself, you need time to repair, you are bound to be tired but as you say watching Emma improve must be the best medicine there is!
Love to you all

What a wonderful image, Emma dancing round the flat, just superb. And to have been out and about with Nanny and Grandad today, she must be feeling so happy.
ReplyDeleteIt makes sense that her body would just be getting fitter and fitter, your's on the other hand is busy getting used to working with only one kidney, not to mention all the after effects of an operation, so take it easy. Get rested and well and I'm sure you'll be dancing round to ...well maybe not MTV but FAME possibly....soon enough.
No photo's of the new Beeden diet yet.....
All our love and prayers are with you,
the Gray gang
Katy you naughty girl!! Sorry you are not feeling so good but I'm betting you've been trying to do too much and no doubt doing secret dirty dancing when no-one's looking. Now all the festivities are over you too need a long rest and lots of tlc which I'm sure you're getting anyway. So pleased that Emma is making such wonderful progress which must be a tonic too.
ReplyDeleteTake great care special lady.
Love Jill
Happy New Year to you all, here's hoping it it's a good one as you sure deserve it!
ReplyDeleteMuch love and best wishes from,

Hello dancing queen,
ReplyDeleteglad to hear the dancing shoes have been taken out of thier box and given an outing, i can recommend several west end shows after my wanderings around the big city... but i agree i think Katy has been over doing it again, the tap dancing was a tad early lovely, am sure Keeley wont mind if we are a tad rusty next term, we will catch up again.
For the umpteenth time, look after you too, and your entire family have been so fabulous and been through so much in 2009, incl you, so take the start of 2010 easy, and then the rest of the year will be most excellent..
( lecture over..... for now !!!! )
Hugs to all,
Erika, and the others xxxx
Well done Erika. My daughter doesnt take advice from me so keep up the good work and give her regular talkings to please!! She is very precious to us and we want to see our two dancing queens in action again very soon.
ReplyDeleteThats My Girl
ReplyDeleteWell done Emma always knew you had it in those feet of yours. And as for you mummy Beeden listen to my wise and wonderful daughter or if not you will have the wrath of her mother and she will trell you you dont want that.
Seriously though there is still a long road ahead of you all so take some of this time just for you. When you are all better I do recomend line dancing and the outfits and shoes are far more flattering than tap.
Keep it up girls
Love Sue and Dave
